1.1. These terms apply to all visitors of our website.
1.2. Before you use our website you should:

1.2.b. read and understand these terms.
1.3. By using our website you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
2.2. By "country of data origin" we mean the country from which you provided your information.
2.3. By â€œ3rd partyâ€ we mean a party other than yourself to whom you are providing our services to.
3.0. Your Information
3.1. Your information includes any information which we hold now or at any time in the future and which comes from or relates to your use of our website and our services. For example:

3.1.b. information provided by you in connection with an order delivered to a 3rd party including but not limited to:

4.0. How We Use Your Information
4.1. We will use your information in order to:
4.1.a. process your order for delivery;
4.1.b. process your payment details (including sharing that information with a third party payments service provider - currently Sage Pay);
4.1.c. create anonymised and aggregated statistics of your use of our website including, without limitation, your responses to advertising campaigns;
4.1.d. modify or improve our services;
4.1.e. communicate with you in connection with your service experience for example, to gauge your level of satisfaction with our service or contact you in connection with any issues or faults;
4.1.f. market products or services as set out in the Marketing section below.
5.0. Who We Share Your Information With
5.1. We will not share your information outside of Dealalton Ltd, except:
5.1.a. we share your name, address, email address, phone number, or those of the 3rd party to our courier(s) so that they can deliver your order. In this case the courier becomes a data controller in respect of your information that has been shared with them;
5.1.b. we share your name and email address to our email service provider so that we can market products or services as set out in the Marketing section below. In this case the email service provider becomes a data controller in respect of your information that has been shared with them;
5.1.c. with enforcement agencies (including without limitation the Police) for the purposes of the prevention or detection of crime;
5.1.d. to third parties not listed above where you have given your explicit consent for us to do so for example where you have opted in;
5.1.e. in circumstances where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
6.0. Who We Transfer Your Information To
6.1. We will not transfer your information to a new data controller except:
6.1.a. where we wish to sell, transfer or otherwise assign the whole or any part of our business;
6.1.b. where we wish to subcontract, sell or transfer our service provision to a third party;
6.1.c. where as part of your registration process you have indicated that we may do so for marketing purposes and you have not withdrawn that consent;
6.1.d. in circumstances where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
7.0. Where We Share Your Information With
7.1. Our registered office is in the United Kingdom and we will use your information from within the United Kingdom even if this is not the country of data origin in respect of your information.
7.2. We share your information with others in accordance with clauses 5.1.a. to 5.1.e. (inclusive). The data controllers listed in clauses 5.1.a to 5.1.e. (inclusive) may not be based in, or using your information from within, the:
7.2.a. United Kingdom;
7.2.b. European Economic Area (EEA);
7.2.c. country of data origin.
8.1. Under Section 11 of the Data Protection 1998 you have the right to stop us using your information for marketing purposes. If you want us to stop using your information for those purposes please contact us at email@example.com.
8.2. If you have opted in, we may use your information to keep you informed of our products, services, promotions and events. We may contact you by email to do this. If you want us to stop using your information for this purpose please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

10.0. Secure Server
10.1. Whenever you enter information on, or submit information to, our website such as your email address, password, payment information or personal details this will be processed through a secure server. This server uses high grade encryption (AES-256 bit) in order to prevent unauthorised access to your details.
11.1. We will deal with your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
11.2. You may access your information (in return for a small fee) and request details of the entities with whom we have shared your information by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases we will comply promptly with your request and let you know when we have done so. However, sometimes you will not be entitled to access your information. For example, where the public interest or your own interests override your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998. We may withhold information where we are legally allowed to do so.
11.3. You may correct factual errors in your information or request that we remove information about you from our records by sending us a request detailing the error or your instructions to email@example.com.
11.4. To protect your privacy and the security of your information, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before we act on any request which you may make in respect of your information.
