We currently only deliver within the UK, prices quoted on this page are only for mainland UK, excluding Scottish Highlands, please contact us for other prices. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a courier with tracking and sign for where appropriate. Please visit your account to track your package (if available). Next working day delivery will be dispatched the same day by courier.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and postage and packing fees will apply to each of them.

If your order is to be delivered as a gift to someone at a different address, please add the address and set it as the delivery address. On the shipping page of the checkout you can write a personal message which will be printed on the documentation provided with the delivery.

Please Note: Our products are perishable and should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Please consider this after accepting delivery of your order.

P&P Costs - Within 5 Days

Unfortunately with Royal Mails recent (April 2013) size restrictions for Parcels all items are now shipped by APC.

Please note Scottish Highlands will induce a £5.50 surcharge.

P&P Costs - Next Working Day Delivery

Next working day delivery is guaranteed (excluding the period leading up to Christmas and extreme weather conditions) on orders placed before 2pm on products that are in stock. Next working day delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Any next working day orders received on Friday (or after 2pm on Thursday) will be delivered on Tuesday. Any orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, unless otherwise agreed.

Please Note Next Day Delivery is not available to Scottish Highlands or Off-Shore Locations.

Northern Ireland P&P Costs - Within 10 Days

We send our products to Northern Ireland by APC road network. This means that your parcel might take a longer time to arrive.

Please Note: Our P&P costs are calculated by the gross weight of the product and not the net weight. All P&P costs include VAT. Due to some items size the postage weight shown may be factored up to take this into account. This includes all hampers which have to be delivered at the 5.0-19.99kg rate.
