One of the most famous names in the olive world the Kalamata is a single variety black olive from the northern Peloponnese. The dark purple colour indicates that it has matured fully on the tree and it has a coresponding full flavour. Enjoy them they're a classic.
The classic Kalamata is used here, this time we have marinated it in oil with chilli and ginger giving it a little bite. Not a lot of bite but just enough!
Bonnereli's are a mixture of green Halkidiki and black Kalamata olives both from Greece. They are marinated in oil with cracked coriander seed and ground ginger.
Sa Calobra are small and firm green pitted olives marinated in oil loaded with basil and garlic.
Fritz's Firecrackers is a pitted queen green Greek olive marinated in oil with double chilli, cracked black pepper and garlic. If there was such a thing as "What Olive Magazine" the Fritz would score five stars.
