An excellent glaze for pork or chicken mixed with mustard...
A sweeter marmalade than your normal orange marmalade but goes perfectly on toast with butter.
The skins of blood oranges are varying hues of 'regular' orange to a blushing red, but it's nothing in comparison to the color within. Their flesh ranges from red-speckled orange to a red so deep, it's almost purple, and the flavor is deliciously complex. This gives this marmalade a darker appearance than normal orange marmalade.
